Grocery Checker

 

We are looking to add more smiling faces at our registers!  We have immediate openings for Grocery checkers.

​

Duties involve cashiering and offering outstanding customer service.  Must be flexible and be good at multitasking  Must have the desire to offer prompt, friendly and well informed assistance to each and every customer.  Accuracy and proper record keeping are essential.   Other duties involve facing, light clean up and stocking/rotating of merchandise.  Must be able to communicate follow instructions well from management and coworkers.  Candidates must available weekends and evenings and occasional holidays.  The job requires you to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per day.   

 

Candidates must be 18 yrs or older.

Barista/Bakery Clerk

 

We are looking for a barista/bakery clerk to help launch our new coffee bar.

​

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and offer outstanding customer service, greeting, serving and thanking each and every one of our customer.  Must be able to maintain a clean work environment.  Must be able to work safely, be no your feet for up to 8 hours per day and be available mornings and weekends.

 

Must be 18 years or older.

 

 

Deli Department

 

We are hiring for our Deli Department.

 

We are looking for deli Dept team members to provide excellent service to our customers and prepare and serve cold and hot foods, including salads, entrées, soups, sandwiches, chicken and more.

 

The position includes: day to day production, merchandising, and quality control of all Deli department offerings, keeping the deli counter fresh and appealing, the stocking, rotating, and merchandising of deli product, Cleaning, Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation, the ability to maintain an organized back stock and prep area, monitoring spoilage, complying with all established procedures including Health & Sanitation and Weights & Measures.

 

The ideal candidate is: 18 years of age or older, has some prior prepared food handling or barista experience,  is flexible, can work evenings and weekends, enjoys working with customers, has the ability to work independently and with team members, is self-motivated with a high attention to detail, quality and presentation, possesses  skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers, effectively manages time and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Interest in food and cooking a plus.

Cheesemonger

 

Do you have a passion for cheese?

 

We are looking for a new team member to be our Cheesemonger.  The position includes maintaining the cheese department and helping our customers make the right cheese selection.  The responsibilities include ordering, receiving, stocking, cutting, wrapping, pricing and displaying cheese.  Additionally, the Cheesemonger is responsible for maintaining an organized back stock and prep area, keeping the cheese display fresh and appealing, monitoring spoilage, complying with all established procedures Health &  Sanitation and Weights & Measures, and offering excellent customer service.   Our Cheesemonger should enjoy keeping up on all cheese trends remain up-to-date on cheese regions, styles, ages, etc and be able to share this information with customers and coworkers.  The position also includes production and service in the rest of the deli department as needed.

 

Looking for someone who is a people person, is flexible, and good at multi-tasking.
