We are looking for a new team member to be our Cheesemonger.  The position includes maintaining the cheese department and helping our customers make the right cheese selection.  The responsibilities include ordering, receiving, stocking, cutting, wrapping, pricing and displaying cheese.  Additionally, the Cheesemonger is responsible for maintaining an organized back stock and prep area, keeping the cheese display fresh and appealing, monitoring spoilage, complying with all established procedures Health &  Sanitation and Weights & Measures, and offering excellent customer service.   Our Cheesemonger should enjoy keeping up on all cheese trends remain up-to-date on cheese regions, styles, ages, etc and be able to share this information with customers and coworkers.  The position also includes production and service in the rest of the deli department as needed.


Looking for someone who is a people person, is flexible, and good at multi-tasking.



Deli Department


We are hiring for our new Deli Department,; opening soon!


We are looking for deli Dept team members to provide excellent service to our customers and prepare and serve cold and hot foods, including salads, entres, soups, sandwiches, chicken and more.


The position includes: day to day production, merchandising, and quality control of all Deli department offerings, keeping the deli counter fresh and appealing, the stocking, rotating, and merchandising of deli product, Cleaning, Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation, the ability to maintain an organized back stock and prep area, monitoring spoilage, complying with all established procedures including Health & Sanitation and Weights & Measures.


The ideal candidate is: 18 years of age or older, has some prior prepared food handling or barista experience,  is flexible, can work evenings and weekends, enjoys working with customers, has the ability to work independently and with team members, is self-motivated with a high attention to detail, quality and presentation, possesses  skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers, effectively manages time and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Interest in food and cooking a plus.
